All Grown Up Theme Song Lyrics
Original Animated Intro
The Next Chapter: Easy Breakdown
All Grown Up is the famous sequel to the legendary cartoon Rugrats. While the original show was about babies in a playpen, this series shows Tommy, Chuckie, Angelica, and the rest of the gang as teenagers. It explores how they deal with school, hobbies, and the drama of growing up.
The theme song was composed by Mark Mothersbaugh, who also did the music for the original Rugrats. The lyrics talk about the feeling of getting older and wiser but still wanting to have fun like life is a “mini vacation.” It is a high energy song that reflects how the characters are ready to show the world who they have become.
The show was a big hit because it allowed fans who grew up watching the babies to see them face situations they were now facing themselves. It ran for 5 seasons and 55 episodes, concluding its story in August 2008.
