This 1997 spectacle was a collaborative effort between France and the United States, designed to honor the wacky genius of legendary animator Tex Avery through the creative guidance of executive producer Andy Heyward.
The opening theme is set to the iconic “Infernal Galop” from Jacques Offenbach’s Orpheus in the Underworld—famously known as the Can-Can music. This choice perfectly encapsulates the show’s chaotic energy. Adding to the fun is the voice of Maurice LaMarche, who narrates the introduction, welcoming viewers to a wild ride through 22-minute episodes split into zany 7-minute segments.
