Kamp Koral Theme Song Lyrics
Official Theme Video
Behind the Music: Under the Sea and in the Woods
The Kamp Koral theme song serves as the energetic introduction to the first-ever SpongeBob SquarePants spin-off series. Premiering on March 4, 2021, on Paramount+, the show utilizes 3D CG-animation to take fans back in time to when SpongeBob was only 10 years old at a summer sleepaway camp.
The lyrics are a playful riff on the original series’ nautical theme, trading sea shanties for a more frantic “nature camp” vibe. The song captures the slapstick humor synonymous with the franchise—specifically referencing the classic childhood prank of laughing so hard milk comes out of your nose. Despite being a prequel, it maintains the high-energy spirit of the original while grounding the story in the “Under Years” of the Bikini Bottom crew.
