Garfield and Friends is the show many people remember from their childhoods. It features the lazy cat Garfield, his friend Odie, and his owner Jon Arbuckle. Each episode also included a segment called “U.S. Acres,” which was about a group of funny farm animals like Orson the pig and Wade the duck.
The theme songs were written by Ed Bogas and Desirée Goyette. In the beginning, the song was a sweet tune about friendship. Later on, they changed it to a high-energy “party” song that became very famous. Lorenzo Music, with his very calm and cool voice, made Garfield one of the most beloved characters on TV for over seven years.
