The Hero from the Chicago PD
Savage Dragon is a superhero story about a large, green-skinned man with a fin on his head and super strength. The mystery? He was found in a burning field with no memory of who he is or where he came from! He decides to use his powers for good by joining the Chicago Police Department to fight “super-freaks” and criminals.
The show is based on the famous comic books by Erik Larsen. It ran for two seasons in the mid-90s and featured an incredible cast of voice actors who made the characters sound like real heroes. The music, created by Sean Murray, is full of energy and makes you feel like you are right in the middle of a big city battle.
Produced by Universal and airing on the USA Network, this show was a favorite for fans who loved gritty, action-packed animation and classic comic book storytelling.
