The Land Before Time Theme Song Lyrics
All I see is the day in front of us
All I see is the day in front of us
Burning bright with a newborn sun
Burning bright with a newborn sun
Come follow me
Hills to climb and valleys to roam
Oh streams to follow all the way home
To the Land Before Time… before Time
Animated Opening Sequence
A Happy Hungry Man
The Land Before Time animated series brought the magic of the Great Valley to the small screen, expanding on the adventures of Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky, Petrie, and Spike. Set between the events of the various films, the show explored themes of friendship, survival, and discovery in a prehistoric world filled with wonder and danger.
The addition of Ladysmith Black Mambazo to the theme song provided a soulful, distinctive sound that set this series apart from other animated prehistoric adventures. Their iconic harmonies, combined with the atmospheric score by composers like Cory Lerios and Michele Brourman, created a nostalgic yet fresh experience for fans of the original film franchise.
